About Us

Sinclair-Smith & Associates was founded by Michael Sinclair-Smith in 1968. For 40 years he has been dedicated to recruiting and placing engineers of all levels in all fields. 

Recently he has been joined by his daughter Julia Sinclair-Smith bringing new ideas and enthusiasm to Sinclair-Smith & Associates.

Located just outside of Montreal we are well positioned to meet with clients and applicants here or at other suitable locations.  We make a point of meeting both applicants and clients and traveling throughout Quebec, The Maritimes, and Ontario for interviews.
