By using our services you avoid the cost of expensive advertising, and the time consuming task of sorting through and answering applications. At Sinclair-Smith & Associates we take these steps and then send on only the best candidates. We also have the ability to keep any search confidential.

You have used agencies before and weren't impressed.

Not all agencies put their customer’s needs foremost. Many may use commissioned recruiters who will offer out-of-work candidates without too much regard to their suitability. At Sinclair-Smith & Associates, we are experienced, salaried professionals who look further than the next fee. Our aim is to find you the most suitable candidate for your needs. We look not only to fill your immediate position, but also to contribute to the growth and future of your company by finding you the highest quality individuals out there.

Search Fees

We work on both a contingency and retainer basis. The contingency fee is 20% first year’s income, payable on commencement of employment. In the case of commisioned sales engineers we base our fee on an agreed estimated figure.

On retainer we charge a fee equivalent to 20% of the first years income. This includes guaranteed commissions for sales people. This fee is split into three payments. The first being due on commencement of the search, the second on submission of short list for interview and the final third if and when the person starts work. If your company takes on more than one person from this search then an additional 20% fee will be charged when they commence employment.
